Delivery & Retuns Policy

Whilst our STATED delivery time is 1-5 days, on they majority of orders we can dispatch within a couple of working days, due to the nature of our business we have peak times usuall May until the end of summer and December so please allow upto 14 days during these periods, if in doubt contact us through the live help at the bottom right hand corner help to let us give you an estimated delivery time. This is especially important when placing large orders such as Hen or Stag night T-Shirts as we may need to order the blank garments in.

Standard Delivery is by 1st class Royal Mail, higher value order maybe shipped by Royal Mail Signed For or by Courier. These services need someone to be available to sign for so consider having your work place as the shipping address, please leave you mobile number at checkout as our courier service will text you with a one hour estimated time slot in the morning of the delivery.

Express Delivery is by our selected courier or for smaller items Royal Mail Special Delivery. These services also need a signature so please make sure someone is available to sign or use your work place as the shipping address. Express delivery is NOT guaranteed next day delivery UNLESS you contact us to confirm that we can dispatch the same day.
 As well as using quicker shipping methods Express Delivery order are given priority over standard orders. If in doubt please contact us before making your purchase to avoid dissapointment, again please leave your mobile number at checkout so we can pass this onto the courier so they can text you a one hour estimated time slot for delivery.
 Delivery will be attempted twice and then returned to us. In th case there will be a £10 fee to resend your item out again.

Cancelation & Return Policy

Where an item is a stock design (not personalised in any way) we will accept the items back for  a refund or we are happy to exchange if you wish providing the item is returned in the same condition as when dispatched subject to the postage costs being covered by the customer.

The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer\'s specification". We are therefore unable to accept any returns unless we make an error or there is a fault with the garments. If you think you have received faulty goods, please contact our customer services team within 7 days of item/s being received  for further instructions.

 

You must inform us within 7 days if you wish to return any items.

Any returns we would ask you to use the return address label which can be found on the left hand side of the invoice and please send a brief description of why the item/s have been sent back  and a contact name and number.
